The plastic container is used with the stainless steel Sauce Gun for operations in kitchen or restaurant.
The bottom plate in the plastic container is removable & can be pushed ahead in steps by the Sauce Gun. So the sauce/condiment in the plastic container can be pushed out in certain quantity for the dishes.
